Meet the doctors

    Aric E. Klein, DDS

Dr. Aric Klein was born in Spirit Lake, Iowa, in 1980.  Dr. Klein went to high school in Spirit Lake, then pursued a B.A. in Biology from Wartburg College in Waverly, Iowa.  He graduated as the Valedictorian, Summa Cum Laude from Wartburg College in 2002.  Next, Dr. Klein was commissioned as a Ensign in the US Navy and began dental school at the University of Iowa College of Dentistry.  On June 3, 2005 Aric graduated with his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Iowa College of Dentistry, with Omicron Kappa Upsilon honors.  

Also, on June 3, 2005 Dr. Klein was commissioned as a Lieutenant in the United States Navy.  Dr. Klein then proceeded to serve in the Navy stationed at Naval Station Great Lakes in Illinois.  After Dr. Klein completed his naval service he worked as an associate dentist in Burlington Wisconsin for one year.  In November of 2008 Dr. Klein moved to Houston, Texas in order to transition into Dr. William Ferris’ practice. 

Dr. Aric loves being a dentist because he feels like it gives him a wonderful opportunity to get to know many different people, and help those people look and feel their best.  He loves to take every opportunity possible to talk to, and get to know his patients.  In his spare time, Dr. Aric enjoys coaching youth sports.  He also loves anything to do with the outdoors.  He enjoys hunting, fishing, hiking, and spending time at his family ranch......oh and also watching as much football as can possibly be watched in a single season. 

     Amy Joyce Klein, DDS

Dr. Amy Klein grew up in a small town called Plainview in the Texas panhandle.  Plainview is located about 45 miles North of Lubbock, Texas.  Dr. Klein graduated in 1998 from Plainview High School.  She then headed to Texas A&M University to pursue a B.S. in Microbiology.  She graduated from TAMU in 2001.  She then went to The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio where she became a Doctor of Dental Surgery.  

Dr. Amy is from a family of dentists.  Her grandfather and father were both dentists in Plainview, TX.  Her brother is an Oral and Maxiofacial Surgeon practicing in New Orleans, LA.  Her mom was even a dental hygienist! Dentistry and a commitment to a family oriented dental practice is all that Dr. Amy has ever known!  She carries this small town value system and feel into the big city of Houston!  You will be able to feel it right when you walk in the door.

Dr. Amy loves to read, garden, and cook.  She enjoys spending as much time as possible outside with her children.  She and Dr. Aric have two children, Alexander who is 9 and Ayla who is 6.
